Thank you for that. Yes I want to lift the embargo but I fixed a few typos on the thesis so can I forward 
that to you together with the tables, please, before it goes online.  I promise you that nothing else has 
been altered, the page sequence etc is the exact same.
 
If so, where do I send it to?
