I can extract paper 8 from this version and adjust the page numbering on the table of contents for the issue no. 2 below. You can let me know if this is alright with you and I will upload the items to CORA on Monday 16 May. I have seen the combined proceedings on Drop box. I have noticed two issues with pagination. 1. On the table of contents, Paper 9 starts at 69 but the paper is numbered pages 67-74 and is 7 pages long. The subsequent papers match the table of contents 2. Poster 3 starts at page 95 on the table of contents but the poster is numbered 96-97 You can let me know if you want to change these at this point. I had been thinking it was better to index the front-matter but, on reflection, anyone looking for the front-matter probably wants the book. I'll combine the preface and the papers tomorrow morning and add it to that dropbox folder 3. No, I'm only proceedings chair for that conference, so not usually listed - they only did it last year because I ended up taking on a lot of extra stuff 4. Yes! 5. Don't think it matters 6. Yeah, it's more complicated than I would have thought. Should be fine though, I will send that off shortly 7. Sounds great, thanks! Best, Rob. I have a few question: 1. Do you want the Preface archived as an item on its own? I didn’t do this last year 2. Last year I added the entire proceedings as an item to CORA. Do you want to do that again this year? 3. Were you an editor as you’re not listed this year? 4. Is John Venable the editor the same as John R Venable, author of the paper on p. 75? 5. All of the DESRIST 2015 papers are part of the Business Information Systems -Conference Items collection in CORA. Would you prefer a separate collection of DESRIST 2016 papers under the BIS community or does it matter? 6. I wasn’t aware that you had to provide a copy of the proceedings to legal deposit libraries if you registered for an ISBN with CUP. Trinity College Dublin Library are operating a legal deposit repository for electronic publications https://www.tcd.ie/Library/edepositireland/ so you could send a copy of the entire proceedings there. I have checked with TCD Library but unfortunately this doesn’t cover the legal requirement. TCD are happy to accept a print off of the proceedings as are UCC Library. 7. We will be implementing a usage statistics feedback module in CORA shortly. It will send monthly feedback reports on downloads, views etc. for publications in CORA to the contributing author. The author will have the option to unsubscribe from these reports. I have selected the author who signed the copyright form as the contributing author so I hope this is alright. It will be possible to upload the secondary proceedings for your conference to CORA. The CORA deposit licence is attached for circulation to the authors. An ISBN can be assigned to electronic only books. I think you arranged the ISBN last year but I’m not sure if that was from Lettertec. Cork University Press can also provide you with an ISBN for the proceedings corkuniversitypress@ucc.ie Once you have all the details and files ready, you can let me know and I’ll get them submitted to CORA. I'm wondering if it may be possible to do the same this year? The conference is the '11th International Conference on Design Science Research in Information Systems and Technology (DESRIST)', held 24th-25th May 2016 in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. The main proceedings are being published by Springer, so the version hosted on CORA would again be a secondary (completely separate) proceedings for peer-reviewd research in progress papers and poster abstracts. Note also that unlike last year where we had printed volumes published by Lettertec, this year the proceedings are completely electronic (not sure what this means re: ISBN?) If this is possible, I will confirm the editors, title, permissions, and foreword, then structure the papers into both single files and a paginated complete file with table of contents and index. Once I have all that, I can share them with you on Dropbox Best, Rob.
