dc.description.abstractMany centuries ago, Aristotle described human beings as “political animals”.1 By nature, people are not inclined toward solitude; rather, they are inherently drawn to form connections with others. Social interaction is indeed intrinsic to human existence. Through relationships, individuals realise their potential, fulfil emotional, intellectual, social, and material needs, and pursue their aspirations. However, not all such relationships fall within the scope of constitutionally protected freedom of association.en
