Sub-picosecond pulse stability of passively mode-locked two-section quantum dash laser at similar to 1550 nm subject to single and dual optical feedback

We report effects of varying feedback ratios and phases in dual-loop external optical feedback on phase-noise characteristics of passively mode-locked two-section quantum-dash lasers. Optimal feedback yields similar to 100x reductions in RF-linewidth.
