dc.description.abstractThis report examines the estimated energy production, installation and OPEX costs for a Wave Energy Converter (WEC) pilot farm based on a generic oscillating water column device. The scenario uses the OE Buoy device matrix. It then looks at a second stage deployment and a full-scale commercial deployment, highlighting advantages of scaling up as well as potential challenges and bottlenecks, ultimately providing recommendations and advice for developers.en
